Very important high-backed state armchair in solid walnut in the Renaissance - Louis XIII style. This majestic seat rests on four turned legs, connected to each other by an H-shaped spacer. The "crook" shaped armrests are finished with scrolls. The large and high rectangular back is framed by two columns ending at their ends with two dice decorated with a round boss decoration and topped with spinning tops. This back is topped with a pediment composed of a central cartouche against which two horizontal consoles are leaned. The upholstery has recently been completely redone, giving it great comfort with a very firm seat. The covering has also been changed, a tapestry with small points was specially made for this seat, only the old garnet-colored velvet fabric on the back of the back has been preserved; This seat is decorated with a beautiful studded finish.
