MODERN ART-ABSTRACT ART-OIL PAINTING ON PAPER RUPESTRAL COMPOSITION ANDRÉ-FRANÇOIS BREUILLAUD FRANCE 1963 Interesting abstract composition by André-François Breuillaud, a 20th century French painter with an original technique which consists of firstly carrying out, as preparatory work, a hollow line on the paper background, which the artist, more or less followed, with an oil painting afterwards; this seems to evoke a sort of homage or reference to parietal art, to rock paintings, with a phantasmagorical set of human and animal figures.
