18k (750 thousandths) yellow gold brooch on two levels, one of which is cloisonné with enamel in crossed bands finished on its edges with a finely pitted line having an agate cameo set by the second level finely worked and pierced in a rounded shape at each prong representing a woman's profile, called a dressed head, with a bun ribboned in gold and diamonds, diamond tiara, diamond and ruby earring, diamond necklace. The upper part of the gold brooch has four diamonds and nine rubies set by six flower prongs, three by three at the four cardinal points of the cameo.
