Gilt Bronze And Cut Crystal Centerpiece.

Imposing centerpiece or bowl on foot in gilt bronze and cut crystal in the Louis XV style. 1st part of the 20th century. Smooth base with 4 curved and molded sides. Base on the principle of a column representing a seated "putto" carrying the basin in the upper part and resting on a cut crystal ring in the lower part. Upper bowl in finely cut crystal in diamonds and encircled in the upper part by a molding decorated with foliage and knotted flowers in gilt bronze. Excellent condition. Very well preserved gilding with some traces of very light oxidation. Crystal without loss or chip. Very good condition.
