Elegant set of three nesting tables, all signed “Prodhon – Paris France” under each top. A creation of the house of Louis Prodhon, a Parisian cabinetmaker active in the 1950s–1970s, known for his high-quality neoclassical furniture. Tops in exotic wood veneer (probably rosewood), with dense grain and a glossy finish. Simple molded frames. Fluted gilt brass legs, inspired by the Louis XVI style, finished with tapered sabots. Each table is stamped on the reverse: “Prodhon – Paris France”. Dimensions: – Large table: 51 x 30 x 48 cm – Medium table: 41 x 29 x 44 cm – Small table: 31 x 28 x 29 cm Overall condition: very good. Tops in very good condition. Some localized signs of use on the brass legs, consistent with the age of the set. Complete set, stable and ready for use.
