Elegant Louis XVI style chest of drawers in mahogany veneer, opening with four drawers on three rows. The fronts are framed with brass fillets and fitted with original bronze pull handles. The canted uprights are fluted, resting on tapered legs finished with bronze sabots. The top is topped with white veined marble with softened corners, in very good condition. Careful work carried out at the end of the 19th century, around 1880–1900. Sober and balanced ensemble, typical of the Louis XVI style revisited under the Third Republic. ????
