Majestic Louis XVI period tripod coffee pot in solid silver in perfect condition. It bears on its base the four traditional Tour hallmarks and initials AE for the city of Mons, 84 for the vintage 1784 and a pear for a listed but hitherto unidentified master goldsmith who worked in Mons in the last quarter of the eighteenth century.
