Object description :

"Two Beautiful Nuremberg Padlocks, 16th-17th Century, To Be Revised"
Two beautiful Nuremberg padlocks and their keys, which accompanied iron-clad safes of period renaissance.
The first, a wrought iron ball padlock, with flat back, has a body finely engraved of small, barely visible circles.
It is almost in working order, in any case repairable. The key touches when turning, but its pressure is insufficient.
Second, triangular, with a good patina, is damaged: a part is probably broken inside, but it has its key.
Good size: 9cm x 4.5cm. Weight: 500gr for both.
Superb ironwork, 16th or early 17th century;
This lot is for immediate purchase, payable by Paypal or credit card.
