Beautiful, high crystal bowl with twisted gadroons, a well-known Baccarat model, but in shape of a table planter, with oval base, becoming rectangular on edge. It is set in a Japanonist bronze setting with apple or cherry blossoms, this setting, unsigned, is one classic from the Escalier de cristal gallery, circa 1880. (see our last 2 photos)
Good general condition, slight chips on internal edge, barely visible.
