3 Pretty Bronze Ember Shovels, Fleur-de-lis, Palmettes, 18th-19th Century

Three lovely, refined objects: shovel-shaped spoons for loading hotplates, braziers, or other braziers with glowing embers.
They are made from bronze, cast from a single piece and finished with tool chasing.
One has a foliate handle, a faceted stem with acanthus leaves in between, and a base in the shape of acanthus leaves. In beautiful, flawless condition. Directoire or Restoration period, length: 23 cm.
The second, with its key-head ring and turned stem, features an openwork fleur-de-lis on its scoop. Louis XVI period, 14.5 cm.
The third, an even smaller smoker's shovel, is very finely crafted. 19th century, 17 cm.
