Pair of Louis XVI period bronze and wrought iron andirons of exceptional quality. Very fine 18th-century pieces. The front consists of a covered pot mounted on a four-legged base with foliate garlands. Wrought iron base in the form of double andirons. Very sturdy four-legged base. Log stops in the form of obelisks and double pots in finely chased bronze. The wrought iron mount is of exceptional quality, riveted and bolted. Each piece weighs approximately 20 kg.
