925/000 silver bag powder compact. The hinged lid, in orange enamel, is surrounded by a line of black enamel and centered with a floral basket decoration composed of white and black enamel on silver studded with marcasites. The lower part is circled with a guilloché decoration of wavelets, the bottom with spirals and undulations. The interior mirror is present as well as the swan's down powder puff. The interior is in silver gilt, two boar's head hallmarks are inscribed on the inner edge of the lid accompanied by the goldsmith's hallmark. Gross weight: 65 gr. French work from the years 1925-1930.
