Jewel - Gold Brooch - Miniature
Painted miniature on natural material depicting a portrait of a womanwoman wearing a finely embroidered lace mantilla,embellished with flowers and ribbons. Set in 18K750/000 gold, the back is sealed with a mother-of-pearl plate. The metal pinmetal pin is not original and has probably been replaced. Apointed hook is attached to the base. The glass is old, with anan illegible signature and a date ''1844'' are affixed to the middle and rightright of the piece. Very good condition, no dents or distortion.deformation. Circa 1830. Gross weight 17.8 gr.
