"Moroccan Koummya Dagger, Silver-plated And Enamel-inlaid. 19th Century."
This beautiful Koummya was mainly used by Moroccan Arabs and in southern Morocco. The scabbard is silver-plated and the wooden handle is decorated with decorative silver inlays. The blade is of high quality and has a fine edge. S is signed by the blacksmith on the forte, with an unknown mark. The scabbard is entirely decorated with chiseled patterns. The handle is made of finely patinated wood. It is in very good condition, but shows signs of wear at the bottom of the scabbard, due to prolonged use. The blade is 28cm
