Very Rare Pair Of Tealight Holders, Blown-engraved Glass, Edged Of Blue Enamel

Superb summer table glassware, for tealight holders, allowing the candle to be protected from drafts.
From Louis Philippe period, they are made from blown glass, (some bubbles), body engraved of a leafy decoration, upper edge hemmed with a blue enamel fillet, as was done in Bordeaux at period, base is sealed in a brass ring, its diameters are: 5cm outside, and 3.5cm inside.
It is not rare to find old tealight holder bases, but extremely rare to find a pair of their verrines, in good condition, so pretty, and wearing their almost 2 centuries well…
