Revolutionary faience plate from Islettes * Late 18th century. Polychrome low-fire plate. Traces of pernettes. Decorated with a rooster carrying a pike topped with a Phrygian cap. Rooster resting on a multi-colored, grassy mound. Rim decorated with cherries. Good condition, no cracks. Note the repaired chips on the cherry in the photo. Diameter 22.5 cm
