charming palm cup, a "round bottom" from thick, heavy silver, threaded edge stamped with discharge hallmark: closed hand, Orléans 1775/80, bottom, slightly concave engraved with owner's name: L Courtois, beautiful crowned N hallmark of Orléans, 1779, goldsmith's hallmark: crowned IFB or PFB.
Good condition, minimal dent on upper lip, normal wear.
