Kabuto office chair, model OM 5006, designed by Isamu Kenmochi and produced by Tendo Mokko Japan from 1964. This elegant and minimalist chair mounted on four casters perfectly embodies the fusion of modern design and traditional Japanese craftsmanship. Its curved, ergonomic shape offers optimal comfort, hugging the body for a pleasant sitting experience. The seat is padded with foam and leatherette for added comfort. Isamu Kenmochi, initially trained in craftsmanship, played a key role in the rise of Japanese furniture after World War II. With Tendo Mokko, he created pieces that combined simplicity, functionality, and aesthetics. The Kabuto chair is one of his major creations, marking his lasting influence on modern design.
