Louis Fortuney. Pastel on paper "the old sailor mending his net" signed and dated lower right Fortuney 1905. French school. 48 X 30.4 cm at sight. Louis Ernest Fortuné Andrieux known as Fortuney (1875-1951) handled pastel with dexterity, mastering the light of the fishing ports and boulevards of Paris like no other. Wooden frame and gilded and patinated plaster in poor condition (we left it to protect the pastel). Pastel in good condition. 330 euros.
