Superb pair of embroidery scissors in steel lace signed "Guerre", certainly the work of Nicolas Pelletier (famous artisan artist chisel maker of the Nogentais Basin). Fine Tyres work, the screws are worked. This pair of scissors is in rather good condition, but note some small spots of oxidation. Size: 9.1 cm.
