Rare mid century French design, it is in neodymium glass, also known as alexandrite. The glass/crystal appears purple or turquoise-blue depending on whether it is seen in daylight or artificial light.
It has an elegant and streamlined shape with 3 smooth, concave facets.
The lamp is signed underneath : Sèvres France.
