"Ashanti Stool From Ghana. 19th Century "
This wooden monoxyle stool has a remarkably balanced design. The seat, with its curved base, is carved with four legs and an openwork central column where a deep crusty patina persists. Geometric decorations are engraved on its base.
Good condition; a lack of old wood at the foot, rare accidents of use.
