Tsakli. Tibetan Buddhism, 19th Century - Tibet
The tsakli (or "tsakali") is a Tibetan miniature painting used as an initiation card in Buddhist rituals and for the training of monks.
An inscription in black ink on the back of the card allows the identification of the initiation.
The card is, as is often the case, in used condition, with some small lacks of polychromy.
