18-carat gold wax case, re-inspected in the 19th century with a horse's head.
It is decorated in cartouches with polka dot patterns.
The frames are in matte gold, decorated with leafy garlands and gold beads in two colors, pink and green.
The top has a rosette.
The base is engraved with a number "CM?" in a coat of arms surrounded by flowers and surmounted by a Count's crown.
