Aldo Tura Bar Cabinet, Parchment, Lacquer, Mirror, Italy Circa 1970
Superb modern bar cabinet by Aldo Tura, Italy circa 1970.
Body covered in light brown goatskin (parchment) and glossy lacquered. On the base and the intermediate strip, the leather is dyed and lacquered dark brown. Two large doors, each with three glass and mirrored shelves.
Lockable with a replaced brass lock and key. Interior in light wood and fully mirrored. All mirrors can be removed for easy transport. At the bottom, inside, there are two doors covered in goatskin and lacquered with a push-button mechanism.
At the bottom right, there was originally a small minibar refrigerator by Arthur Martin. The refrigerator, currently non-functional, can be donated, replaced, possibly repaired, or even removed by agreement.
Execution and design: Aldo Tura, sticker on the back "Made in Italy". Good condition. Partially restored with some scattered scratches in the lacquer.
