In 1927, after his marriage, he settled in the restaurant "La Mère Corbeau" founded by his parents-in-law. Despite his occupations in the kitchen, he never stopped transposing his feelings onto canvas. His numerous paintings are still exhibited in the greatest galleries in the world. René Prin died in 1985 and rests in the Pacy cemetery.
