Clock Gilt Bronze Louis XV Raingo 1860

Harmonious cartel clock on its solid base in the Louis XV style, Napoleon III period. Signed on the dial and the mechanism "Raingo Frères à Paris", watchmaker referenced in the Tardy dictionary of French watchmakers. In gilded bronze, thick architecture of animated shapes with a rich foliage ornamentation, the facade as well as its sides have three openwork surfaces with geometric pattern bringing a lightness to its whole.

Large domed dial in white enamel accompanied by finely worked gilded hands. Protected by a domed glass set in a bezel.

Original mechanism without modification, striking from the hours and half-hour on an old bell.

Numbered on the plate of the mechanism "208" as well as on the bronze in order to guarantee the authenticity of its whole.
