Discovery of a new oil on canvas representing the portrait of Miss W. Our version made in 1894 after the famous painting painted by Charles Chaplin in 1889, and kept at the Compiègne museum. Signature at the bottom right illegible, made by a painter imitating like many others more or less precisely the signature of the master. Our beautifully crafted painting is contemporary with the original work and framed with a golden rod decorated with laurel leaves.
