18th century marine painting gouache painting attributable to NOEL Alexandre (1752-1834) depicting a citadel in a coastal landscape animated by sailboats and fishermen at the entrance to the port. Louis XVI frame in patinated carved wood with traces of gilding. Good condition, note some material losses. Dimensions: 28 cm X 22 cm
