Large 19th century console table from the Napoleon III period numbered and stamped twice L. BONTEMPS in Paris (decorator, furniture, tapestry, watchmaking ... established in Paris at N ° 30 rue de Londres and at N ° 1 rue de Constantinople in 1873) Structure of slightly curved half-moon shape with mirror bottom, piece of furniture entirely furnished with a marquetry in rosewood and amaranth veneer forming a rich decoration of frames and friezes, the front opens with a large drawer in a belt adorned with a beautiful keyhole and its key in finely chiseled gilded bronze, the four slightly raised uprights are joined by two large shelves ending in a base animated by an elegant scalloped plinth, the top is topped with a luxurious Sarrancolin marble called Fleur de Pêcher molded with projections and a beak of corbin has fields.
