Empire Period Gilt Bronze Clock
Rare and beautiful gilded bronze clock, splendid original gilding, on the theme of love represented by Cupid. Note the presence of a claw-foot stool and a pedestal table with a central shaft on which is placed a vase, an oil lamp and an open jewelry box overflowing with precious objects. The cure is also of remarkable quality, it is enough to realize it to look at the details on the dial, the number 1 has been repainted and a hand is missing. The movement, as for it, seems in a classic condition, it needs to be cleaned and revised. I took a photo of the rear crown which must have been split in two previously and which has been repaired. Two additional holes have been drilled to fix the movement. One of the two screws is missing.
