Charming Saint-Louis crystal cup or ring box. Beautiful, very refined shape with 2 hot-applied handles and a border on the edge in the same wine-colored lees. These pieces were developed by Paul Nicolas and were very successful at the time when the Saint-Louis glassworks was looking to "renew" its style. They were sold in Parisian department stores, and Paul Nicolas received royalties. Piece signed "Art Verrier Saint-Louis" under the base. 15 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height, perfect condition, circa 1925. Very refined, very elegant piece.
