A pair of Dutch market coat of arms helmet shaped cream jugs. Each decorated on each side with a Dutch coat of arms of Willem or Guillelmus Titsing (1733-1805) and wife Anna Maria De Coupe (1733-1806). Below gilt chain borders. Qianlong C1765/75
Condition; excellent; slight wear to the gilding, small frit to the end of one handle.
Made for Willem or Guillelmus Titsing (1733-1805) and his wife Anna Maria De Coupe (1733-1806). With quite a history as Willem had a younger brother who married Anna's younger sister. Both brothers were active in the VOC.
