China Qing Dynasty Porcelain Covered Jar, Bat, Lotus & Shou Character Decor
Artist: Présence D'un Idéogramme Au Revers Du Couvercle (voir Photo).
Antique covered pot in Chinese porcelain, hemispherical in shape, the object has a decoration of scattered clouds on a nuanced blue background in the middle of which three types of motifs alternate, Buddhist lotus flowers, bats and ancient Shou characters enhanced with gold. The decoration occupies the entire surface of the porcelain.
The lid is topped with a truncated cone-shaped socket.
