Important oil lamp in gilded bronze, the tripod base with claw feet decorated with acanthus leaves supporting a gadrooned shower foot encircled with a laurel crown, the shaft decorated in the lower part with acanthus leaves and florets supporting a capital decorated with a frieze of laurel leaves, palmettes and acanthus leaves in full bloom. The circular crystal reservoir from the house of Baccarat (original label) decorated with twisted gadroons animated by a frieze of golden dots. The brass burner marked "Hinks & Sons". Very slight repairs to the gilding. Napoleon III period. Dimensions: 84.5 x 17.5 x 16 cm.
