Muller Frères Lunéville – Ovoïde Marmorated Satin Glass Vase. Art Déco
MULLER FRÈRES IN LUNÉVILLE
An ovoid vase made of marbled blown glass, with a beautiful, nuanced opacity, displaying characteristic warm tones: a gradient of saffron yellow and golden yellow at the base, transitioning to brown and rust-coloured inclusions with touches of orange towards the shoulder and neck. The surface of the glass has been entirely acid-etched to give it a matt, silky finish that delicately catches the light. Signed ‘Muller Frères Lunéville’, engraved in relief with a wheel near the base.
France (Lorraine). Art Deco period, circa 1920–1925.
H_17 cm
Very good condition.
