A small make-up box with a domed, circular lid in sky-blue opaline. The base is encircled by three parallel gold fillets, whilst the interlocking lid, with a slightly fluted rim, is adorned at the top with a rich enamelled decoration in matt and glossy fine gold, depicting a composition of foliage scrolls, volutes and Rocaille-inspired floral motifs, highlighted by double gilded fillets on the rim.
