Ulrich Zahn (born in 1941): "Abstraction 2005", oil on canvas 100 X 81 cm, presented with a nail cover strip 102 X 83 cm. Small chips and brown drips (varnish?). Not being a German speaker, I found little information on this artist, other than his date of birth and that he is listed as Polish, perhaps due to the fluctuation of borders in this troubled period. Our painting, treated in vigorous flat tints of a nuanced and deep material, allowing us to glimpse heads or abstract shapes according to our imagination.
