Snuff Box "the Little Shepherd"

Delicate porcelain box with a country theme, late 19th century, in the spirit of the 18th century; French production, perhaps Samson factory. Its oval base forms a lid decorated with a bouquet of multi-colored flowers which opens by hinge on a pomponne hoop. The top of the box represents a young shepherd lying on a mound playing the flute near his dog and two sheep. The box closes correctly by clipping. No cracks, no restoration. Very good general condition. Delivery: €10 for mainland France.
