Original poster 800 x 605 mm, lithographic print, canvas-mounted, under modern frame, green rod of the same tone as the print.
Small trace of a tear at the level of the words "modern" and "collection", very neatly glued back during the canvas-mounting, otherwise perfect condition.
Damp stamp "République Française" affixed to the lower right.
Very rare promotional poster announcing the publication in 24 issues (here the 12th with number added in red stencil) of the famous collection "L'Estampe moderne" published by Champenois from May 1897 to April 1899. It takes up the visual and layout of the delivery covers with a large vignette reproducing a drawing by Mucha "Portrait of a woman with a pen".
