Late 17th, early 18th century France Two huge banquet napkins in very fine linen damask dating from the end of the Louis XIV period or the Regency. embroidered BL in one corner, it is a large Rocaille-style decoration in the Bérain style. Large central basin loaded with fruits, pomegranates and acanthus leaves. Clean, cleaned and large, they can also be used as a table runner or a small tablecloth (two together) in a historic interior. The quality of the damask is remarkable. Very good condition. Dimensions: 109 cm x 88 cm, each (two in total)
