- French swan title hallmark 800/1000 with the mark of the precious metals inspection office in Pontarlier in the Doubs department (25) letter P for the import of watch cases from abroad in use in France from 1893 to 1970 present on the edge of the watch case on the back of the pendant head, dust cover and on the bowl partially erased.
- The swan hallmark may have also been affixed during a visit to the auction room to be able to check the purity of the solid silver of the pocket watch.
- Goldsmith's hallmark of the Swiss manufacturer of watch cases with the letters H and F for Huguenin Frères located in the city of Le Locle in French Switzerland present on the bowl, head of the pendant, dust cover.

- La Poste does not cover breakage or damage to the item or object; only theft and loss are covered for
   package shipping.
- Additional insurance covering breakage of the item, up to the price paid by the buyer on my Proantic website
 , is always purchased from the carrier if the item is shipped by them.
- The buyer is subject to legal penalties if they do not return the item within this 14-day period and in good condition.
- A refund for the item will be issued within 14 days of the seller’s receipt of the item or package
   and after the condition of the item has been verified.

   refund, and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
