French or Italian school, my knowledge of ancient painting does not allow me to know on which side of the Alps this painting was painted.
18th century gilded wood frame with some accidents but which is still in good condition as a whole.
Good general condition, it was probably restored 20 or 30 years ago, it comes from the estate of an antique dealer in the Pontivy region (56) in Brittany.
