Magnificent Ancient Bronze Sculpture “Allegory Of Spring”. This beautiful bronze sculpture “Allegory of Spring” represents a young woman with a crown of flowers on her head, she is dressed in an antique dress, carries a bird on her arm and at her feet a child offers her some flowers. It symbolizes the feeling of spring. Beautiful and large bronze medal patina, unsigned but with a very good quality of carving in the style of Mathurin Moreau or Carrier-Belleuse. The condition of this sculpture is very good and it has a very good height of 104cm with its base (94cm without the base) and a width of 40cm. This bronze was part of a group of 4 Allegories of seasons which were certainly dispersed during a succession. Delivery throughout France.
