Large Sulphide Bottle With Gold Inclusions

Sulphide bottle with gold inclusion signed Gambier. It is in good condition with no traces of shock. It measures 27 cm in height and 11 cm in diameter. Alexis Mathelin Krebs was born in Nantes in 1982. At the age of 16, he began his apprenticeship at the Lalique crystal factory where he learned his trade as a glassblower and also practiced drawing and painting. He obtained his CAP in 2001 He then joined the national glass school at the Jean Monnet high school in Yzeure where he refined his technique and obtained his title of Brevet des Metiersd d'Arts. He then left for the Czech Republic and Poland to learn several techniques, returning in France in 2004, he worked for Jean-Luc Gambier as an assistant and took over the Gambier glassworks in 2018 and kept the signature of the Gambier house.
