Germanic Cavalry Sword, Engraved Blade 17th Century flag

Object description :

"Germanic Cavalry Sword, Engraved Blade 17th Century"
This is a beautiful Germanic cavalry sword with an interesting blade, in very good condition. It can reasonably be dated to the middle of the 17th century.
BLADE: It is a powerful blade, which after a very short trapezoidal ricasso takes on a section that is initially haxagonal, with a central fuller, then after 17 cm becomes rounded hexagonal or semi-lenticular.
On the external face, we find several inscriptions: At the level of the ricasso, the initials in cursive "HZM" then a senestrochere (= a left arm holding a sabre) this figure is infinitely rarer than the dextrochere (right arm holding a sabre) Then we can read, still in cursive "Vincere aut mori" (to win or die, with a spelling error) and "verbum domini" ("word of the Lord") and a plant garland.
On the inner side, we find, from the tip towards the hilt: a flower, then "Romanus Brainis" (Roman Brain) and "Concordia Rex" (King of Concord) and finally the senestrochera identical to that on the other side .
These inscriptions are a little enigmatic, they probably evoke the title of "king of the Romans" worn by the emperors of Germany since Maximilian but I admit having a little difficulty in making definitive conclusions, particularly on the monogram "HZM" If one of my readers has a clairvoyant interpretation, I would be grateful...
Length of the blade 94.5 cm, width at the ricasso = 4 cm, thickness at the ricasso = 7.7 mm
GUARD: It has a classically Germanic shape, with a unique shell top pierced with diamond-shaped and circular holes. The edges of the top come together to form one of the branches of the guard, which joins the pommel where it is fixed with a hook, after having been joined by one of the others branches. The quillon is curved towards the blade, it ends in a button. The main guard branch is also attached to the pommel by a hook.
POMMEL: It is a massive pommel made of flatt
GRIP : It is surrounded by a smooth wire binding, to which a twisted wire binding  is added. The "Turk's head" ferrules are present and in good condition.
It is therefore a massive piece and in good condition. This type of strong sword was preserved in the Germanic cavalry corps until the first half of the 18th century, in competition with the Walloons which appeared around 1640.
