decoration with runner background signed Frainier in the decor.
- The signature is located at the last post of the barrier to the right of the medallion which is on the dust cover of the watch.
- the medallion is made of solid silver touched with the reaction touchstone of orange-red acid on silver.
- The Frainier factory created in 1864-1930 by Pierre and Alfred Frainier father and son specializes in the manufacture of large
watch cases quality, it is located rue de la haussee in Morteau in Doubs (25).
- The Frainier company knew how to create a style in full Art-Nouveau with very artisanal and high quality manufacturing
methods, their art was practiced on two generations from 1864 to 1930.
