Cameo on blue-gray agate representing a young woman looking to the left. The artist has painstakingly carved the white vein of the agate to bring the delicate profile to life. The young woman is wearing a dress with a lace scarf. Her hair is tied and braided. She wears a half pearl set including earrings and a necklace. The agate is set in a golden setting with two gold wires and enhanced with a half-pearl. Work from the second part of the 19th century.
