Feeding the Birds, 19th century by Charlotte J Weeks (19th century, British) Large 19th century English scene depicting two ladies feeding birds, oil on canvas by Charlotte J Weeks. Excellent quality and condition genre scene of two young women in their summer dresses feeding the birds outside an abandoned cottage. Magnificently detailed full scene, signed lower right by the painter inspired by the Pre-Raphaelite movement. Presented in a good golden frame. Dimensions: 44" x 31.5" framed approx.
