"Candlesticks (pair Of) In Bronze Mid 17th Century"
Very beautiful pair of bronze candlesticks, Italy, mid-17th century period. Spade models and crenellated crowns with fleur-de-lis motif on a hexagonal stem with several knots. Triangular base placed on three tightly wound legs. Original mounting on wrought iron rod. Visible gaps on the slots of the cups probably due to accidental falls but also due to their weight, more than 9 kg each. I consider these pieces to be in good condition given their age (around 3 and a half centuries) and their use. No restoration. Beautiful shine of the metal. Professional cleaning and polishing. Note: their weight 9,056 kgs and 9,326 kgs. Delivery: €20 for mainland France.
